Villa Mannus is located on the beautiful hill overlooking the famous Timi Ama beach.

Villa Mannus is the perfect solution for those who want to go on holiday in a house within a safe and green environment/location, just in front of the most beautiful sea in Sardinia.

The 200 mq (or 2.150 sq ft) Villa includes Four bedrooms, including two Suites, a large outdoor patio with an astonishing panoramic view, spacious living room and dining room.

LAYOUT :

Over 150 square meters of terraces with a 180-degree panoramic view of the sea, for dining or relaxing in the shade of the pergola or immersed in the infinity pool with heated salt water.

Finely renovated in 2020, Villa Mannus is not only welcoming but also modern: functional kitchen with direct access to the terrace, 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are exclusive to the suites and one service in the living area, TV and desk in each bedroom, access internet and air conditioning managed for each room, laundry room and beach equipment storage.

Next to the suggestive infinity pool, which enjoys an unforgettable panoramic view, there is a comfortable outdoor shower and sun loungers. Behind the Villa there is an immense private juniper forest, easily accessible, which reaches the beach: an ideal setting for relaxing moments in the cool with the sound of the sea in the background.

The villa is located on top of a sandy hill and is separated from the parking area by a stone staircase of about 40 steps. Villa Mannus is part of a village of over 80 villas, surrounded by greenery, entirely fenced, with controlled access and internal 24/7 security. From the internal dirt road you can directly access the beach: you will have to take less than 300 steps to dive into the crystal clear sea of Timi Ama beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia!

On the beach, you will find our staff every day who will place the umbrella and deck chairs provided (you can ask for more as an extra service) in addition to the showers and toilets on the beach.
