A symphony of colors

The panoramic position offers magical moments, especially at sunset. In fact, located on the top of the sand hill overlooking the prestigious Serr’e Morus condominium, the Villa Perdas is easily accessible via a practical road and it is equipped with every comfort.

The symphony of colors created by the floral garden full of olive trees, myrtle and fragrant Mediterranean plants, together with the typical pink granite architecture, creates a particularly pleasant and relaxing environment.

Only 300 meters separate Villa Perdas from the famous and white beach of Timi Ama, where deck chairs and umbrellas are included in our services.

LAYOUT

The villa consists of a main building and a secondary building.

The main area includes a suite with private bathroom, a wide living room, a kitchen and a patio offering a stunning view of the sea.

At the rear we find a courtyard equipped with laundry, external bathroom and a support room. The green garden with panoramic terrace can be considered “the highlight” of the house.

On the upper floor, however, separated from the internal courtyard, we have the secondary building which houses a double bedroom with bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
