The purpose of this informative report is to describe the processing that will be carried out on the data provided by subjects accessing and browsing on this website.

The personal data, provided or acquired, relating to the contact details provided on the appropriate page of this website, will involve processing operations as part of the normal performance of the activities provided by BPM for the following purposes:

    – Data storage period: Limited to contact activities and in any case no later than 6 months or, in the event of disputes, for the limitation period provided for by current legislation.
    – Consequence of the lack of consent: Inability for BPM to perform the requested service
  • c: Distribution of information newsletters
    – Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the data controller
    – Data storage period: Related to the existence of the newsletter distribution activity or up to no later than 6 months from the revocation of the data subject or, in the event of disputes, for the limitation period provided for by current legislation.
    – Consequence of the lack of consent: Inability for BPM to perform the requested service
  • d: Purposes related to the fulfillment of obligations imposed by laws, regulations and provisions of the Authorities, community legislation
    – Legal basis: Dispositions of the the Authorities
    – Data storage period: Subordinated to the provisions of the Authorities themselves
    – Consequence of the lack of consent: For these purposes, it is not required to ask for your consent



3. Profiling


Pursuant to the definition of profiling given by current legislation (Article 4 paragraph 4 of EU regulation 2016/679: “any form of automated processing of personal data consisting in the use of such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning the professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or travel of said natural person “, BPM does not carry out such types of treatments, but they could be inherent in the cookie management set out in the Cookie Policy.



4. Transmission and dissemination of data


Dissemination of collected data is not contemplated in any form. Personal data processed for the aforementioned purposes may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects:

  • internal BPM subjects in charge of the aforementioned operations;
  • other corporate functions or external subjects of an accessory or instrumental nature, subjects authorized for activities of consultancy and assistance on matters of taxation, finance, law, informatics, data storage, auditing and certifying financial statements;
  • subjects appointed by the Authority to collect data for statistical, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism purposes.
  • parent companies and / or associated with BPM;
  • Public Supervisory Authorities and supervision or public security.



5. Methods of data processing


The processing is carried out by means of manual operations and electronic or in any case automatized tools, according to processing and storage logic inspired by the safety standards dictated by the ISO 2700x series regulations as well as by the ENISA guidelines and strictly related to the provisions indicated by the current legislation and by the Authorities. The security measures are structured in such a way as to guarantee the data subject on the privacy risks connected to confidentiality, security, availability of the personal data processed.
The processing and storage of data will be carried out in Italy or in any case in countries with legislation relating to privacy in line with that adopted by the European Union.



6. Use of cookies


Cookies are small text files that are sent to the browser from the website you are visiting and that allow the storage of useful information for managing navigation. We can distinguish two major types of cookies:

  • “technical” cookies, used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of a company service explicitly requested by the user.
