Villa Adelaide is suitable for one or more families with kids.

The villa is located at 50 mt (or 160 sq ft) from the wonderful Timi Ama beach: in less than three minutes you can walk out the front door gate, follow the private street and put your feet in the sea!

The villa also includes a guest house; the entire structure is surrounded by a 500 mt (or 1640 sq ft) garden, perfect for kids and groups of friends.

LAYOUT

Great livability of the external area: the kitchen overlooks the patio which includes a barbecue, fully equipped for having lunch or dinner under the refreshing shade of a typical bamboo roof.

From the living room it is possible to access the patio and the garden, a perfect place to sunbathe or relax under the shadows of the big trees.

The guest house offers two bedrooms, one of which has a reserved bathroom.

Villa Adelaide is part of a residential village including reserved access and 24/7 internal surveillance services.

The internal gravel road has a direct beach access: less than 50 steps separate the villa from the famous, crystal-clear sea of Timi Ama beach. Every day our staff will place your umbrella and deck chairs in the desired area on the beach.

You can park your cars inside the courtyard or take advantage of the free condominium parking which is 30 meters from the entrance to the Villa.
