Located on the top of the hill overlooking the magnificent Timi Ama beach, Villa Bianca is one of a kind :
a luxury villa, surrounded by greenery and by the most beautiful sea in Sardinia.

The Villa is over 200sqm and consists of 4 double bedrooms, including 2 suites with an exclusive bathroom, terrace, outdoor dining area, garden, swimming pool and breathtaking view; large living environment to live comfortably inside and outside the home.

LAYOUT

Large terraces with a 300-degree panoramic view of the sea, for dining or relaxing in the shade of the pergola or immersed in the infinity pool.

Villa Bianca is very beautiful but also comfortable:

– functional kitchen with direct access to the terrace,
– 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are exclusive to the suites,
– a shower and an external toilet for the pool
– internet access and air conditioning managed for each room,
– a service room for laundry and beach equipment storage.

Next to the suggestive infinity pool, which enjoys an unforgettable panoramic view, there is a comfortable outdoor shower and sun loungers. The Villa is on the top of the hill and it is very private, independent.
There is a very convenient private parking for several cars in front of the house.
You can easily reach the beach on foot.

Villa Bianca is part of a village of over 80 villas, surrounded by greenery, entirely fenced, with controlled access and internal surveillance present 24/7.
From the internal dirt road you can directly access the beach: you will have to take less than 300 steps to dive into the crystal clear sea of the Timi Ama beach, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia!

On the beach, you will find our staff every day who will place the beach umbrella and deck chairs provided (you can ask for more as an extra service) as well as showers and toilets on the beach.

The relaxing atmosphere of Villa Bonaria is unique, with a magnificent view of the sea.

Villa Bianca is located at the top of the Serr’e Morus hill, the panoramic terraces and gardens of the Villa overlook the beach and the sea.

An ideal setting for an aperitif at sunset.

You can not miss the family dinners with the barbecue, with children playing outdoors, surrounded by the scents of typical Mediterranean plants.
